At Van Riper Ellis Broadway Baptist Church, we are fortunate to have four caring and compassionate pastors. But we are also blessed by our Stephen's Ministers. These ministers are lay people who are trained in pastoral care and who help extend the love and grace of God to those in our extended family who are in a crisis.

Why call a Stephen Minister?

... because sometimes its not enough to just think about your worries. If you or someone you know needs a Stephen Minister to listen, support, care and share God's love .. we have three trained Stephen Leaders, and ten Stephen Ministers available when needed.
